This is a list indicating the monthly housekeeping visit for your room, during which a linen exchange will take place.
Housekeeping is mandatory, as stated in your signed hotel agreement. Refusal is not permitted.
During the visit, our housekeeping team will:
-
Exchange your linen (if you use linen provided by The Village).
-
Check that your room is in good condition.
-
Ensure the room is kept tidy and that house rules are being respected.
Linen use:
-
If you use your own linen, that is perfectly fine. Housekeeping will still need to enter your room to ensure it is in proper order.
-
If you use linen provided by The Village, please place your used linen in your room. You will receive a fresh set during the visit.
Bed making:
Guests are responsible for making their own beds. Making your bed is important to help keep our linen in good condition and to extend its lifespan.
From mid-August onwards, we will monitor how our linen is being used. If the provided bed linen is repeatedly returned in an excessively dirty or damaged condition due to improper use, the replacement or cleaning costs may be charged to the guest.
If you need assistance making your bed, please visit the reception desk and we will be happy to help.
Important:
- Please do not tamper with or sabotage the fire alarm or any fire safety equipment.
- If you sabotage the fire alarm, you will receive a €150 fine.
We thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
