If you are willing to reserve a room in The Village you have to keep the following in mind:
– You can only book full months
– The minimum stay is 1 month
– The maximum stay is 12 months
– You have to be an international student (Hanze, RUG, Stenden, NHL, non Dutch-passport)
– A deposit of 1 month is charged (same as the roomprice)
– The check in will be on working days only
– The check out will be on working days only
– The registration for the gym is €39,99!

The floors all have bathrooms with a good shower to clean yourself up. Please keep the bathrooms clean, the person next to you also likes a hygienic bathroom.
All our floors have well equipped kitchens were you can cook your own meals and do your dishes. Please clean up after you’re finished cooking your neighbor also likes a clean kitchen.
Our laundry room with smart washing machines lets you clean your clothes. The machines all have their own detergent so your clothes will smell nice and fresh afterwards.
